Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho Inventory for SMEs that keep their stock in spreadsheets today. We also tell you when a warehouse needs more than inventory management.
What it does
Zoho Inventory keeps track of items, stock levels, sales orders and purchase orders. You see what you have in stock, what is on order and what is still coming in, and you can track several warehouse locations.
It works together with Zoho Books for invoicing and with Zoho CRM for customers and orders. That way an order does not have to be entered in several places.
Who it is for
It suits SME trading companies with a manageable range that want to move stock, purchasing and sales out of spreadsheets, without introducing a full warehouse system straight away.
It is meant for inventory management, not for directing the work on the warehouse floor. As soon as your warehouse needs that, you look at a WMS.
Set-up
These are the choices we make with you during the intake:
How you organise items, which units you use and whether you work with variants or sets.
Whether you track one or several stock locations and how stock moves between them.
How a sales order runs from confirmation to delivery, and how a purchase order is received.
At which levels you want an alert to reorder.
How you count and load current stock, so you start with correct quantities.
Connections
The most common combination is Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books for invoicing and with Zoho CRM for customers. That calls for an agreement on which system is master for items and prices.
For a webshop or a carrier we check in the intake whether a connection is available for your situation.
More about connections with your ERP, WMS and webshop is on integration.

If you work with scanners, fixed locations and pick routes, process many orders every day or run work in your warehouse over several steps, inventory management is not enough. A WMS fits then, such as BizBloqs, of which we are a partner.
Which combination suits you, we discuss in the intake. Questions about the WMS itself can also be asked at BizBloqs.
Licences
The licences and current prices of Zoho Inventory are on the Zoho pricing page. During the intake we decide which plan fits you.
