What Zoho Projects does
Zoho Projects is a program for project work. You record a project with tasks, milestones and deadlines, assign work to colleagues and follow progress in a list, a board or a schedule.
Team members log their hours on tasks. That shows what a project costs in time and lets you pass worked hours on to invoicing.

Who Zoho Projects suits
It suits SME service providers that deliver work in projects or assignments, such as consultancies, agencies and installers, and that plan in a spreadsheet today.
If you need heavy planning of materials and production, a project program is not enough and we look at the ERP. In that case we say so in the intake.

Frequently asked questions
Can I log hours and invoice them?
Yes. Team members log hours on tasks, and together with Zoho Books billable hours can go onto an invoice. In the intake we record what is billable.
Can a customer follow a project?
That is possible, with permissions we set per project. What a customer can and cannot see, we decide with you in the intake.
How do I start without it becoming too much?
With one project template and a short list of statuses. We only extend once the team uses it.
Is Zoho Projects part of Zoho One?
Yes, Zoho Projects is one of the apps in Zoho One. You can also take it on its own.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
