Zoho One: the Zoho apps as one environment

Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho One for SMEs that want their sales, administration and collaboration on one platform. We start with the apps you need now and build from there.

    What it is

    What Zoho One is

Zoho One is a bundle that gives you a large part of the Zoho apps under one subscription. You manage users, permissions and sign-in in one place, and the apps are built to work together.

That does not mean you roll everything out at once. A bundle is not a project: we start with the apps that solve a problem and add the rest when you are ready.

    Who it is for

    Who Zoho One suits

It suits SMEs that already use several separate programs for sales, mail, invoicing and projects, and that re-key data or keep it in spreadsheets. The more apps from the bundle you actually use, the more you get out of it.

If you mainly use one app, you can also take it on its own. We discuss that in the intake, before you choose.

    Approach

    How we approach Zoho One

Three principles decide how we set up a Zoho One environment:

    • One app at a time

We start with the app that removes the biggest bottleneck, often CRM or mail, and make sure it is in use before the next one is added.

    • From the standard

Fit-to-standard: we use what the apps do out of the box and only build something of our own when an exception is really needed.

    • One administration

We record users, permissions and shared settings in one place, so a new colleague is connected quickly.

    Licences

    Licences and pricing

The licences and current prices of Zoho One are on the Zoho pricing page. During the intake we decide which plan fits you.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions

Do I have to roll out all Zoho apps at once?

No. You take Zoho One as a bundle, but you introduce the apps in the order that suits your business. We help decide which comes first.

What is the difference between Zoho One and separate apps?

With Zoho One you get the apps under one subscription with one admin console. Separate apps you take one by one. Which is cheaper or more convenient depends on how many apps you use. We compare the two during the intake.

Can I combine Zoho One with an ERP or a WMS?

Yes. Many companies use Zoho for sales and collaboration and an ERP for the administration, with a connection between them. See integration for how we approach that.

    What happens after go-live?

After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
